Come Rest

I took thousands of photos on the Camino, and I remember each one and what I felt when I took it. It seems impossible, but photos are deeply tied to my emotions. My photos are part of me. When I snapped this picture, I needed a rest break. This bench was perfect. It was facing the trail, long enough to lie down on, plus under a canopy of trees. It doesn't get any better. However, I kept walking, my ego getting the better of me. That was a mistake. **This photo was taken on Day 27 of my Camino Frances. Somewhere between Carrion de Los Condes & Ledigos**
